new year | new dawn

Yom Kippur is the holiest day of the Jewish high holy days.

The general practice is to spend the day in synagogue services in fasting and prayer in atonement and repentance.

According to Jewish tradition, God inscribes each person's fate for the coming year into the Book of Life, on Rosh Hashanah, and waits until Yom Kippur to "seal" the verdict.

Whatever your belief or tradition, wonder | wander | world wish blessings upon you for yet another new year.

Let the sacred shofar trumpet all our prayers to the heavens.

A good and sweet year ahead - Shanah Tovah!
