Feeling like things are breaking down and falling apart can be scary. However, there is always something on the other side of a breakdown.

There is purpose in what’s unfolding, and we are being invited to experience the breakthrough that our breakdowns create space for in our lives.

Full Moon’s offer us light in areas of our lives that have lacked the clarity and answers that we’ve needed.

They also represent a time of celebration, as the clarity and newfound understanding that we receive ushers in a new phase of our growth and evolution.

We will have the opportunity to set better boundaries, make changes in our lives, and begin detaching from the repetitive patterns that we are in the process of outgrowing.

Trusting ourselves will be how we truly break free of these patterns and habits that no longer serve us in this new cycle of our lives.
